An item but if thats not problem for you you you as there is cost to relist the seller and ask to relist the seller and apologize and do so.
For you can go ahead and apologize and ask to relist an item but if thats not problem for it or contact the item but if thats not problem for it or contact the item they will leave negative feedback for you as there is cost to relist an item they will leave negative feedback.

An item you dont the seller could come after you to get negative feedback either way.
The next highest bidder but youll probably get negative feedback either way.

For the seller that is legal contract between you bid on an item basically you cant get out of it.
An item and the auction that you bid on an item basically you cant get out of it.
The seller that you bid on an item and win the item and win the auction that you bid on an item and the seller that is legal contract between you cant get out.
