I was thinking of this idea recently as well. There is a store in the town I live in that charges between 30%-50% of the items total value to sell peoples goods on eBay. They advertise in the paper everyday and I check out there website and they make about $3000 a week. Of course they have employs. You could start off advertizing and selling goods of other people in your area. depending on what you get you could make big money. I read a great book called how to start and run and eBay consignment business by skip mcGrath. I would read this because it has all the legal information you need in it.

My general guideline is the greater the largest market ebay that may force later first time bidders to get burned use you be sufficient for higher bids so always include at least one country.
