Freeze them. Put them in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer.
Go to a bowling alley and ask what they use to disinfect their bowling shoes. I’m sure it’s something industrial strength that you can probably use on them.
I’ve actually seen a bowling alley use lysol to disinfect shoes.
For leather shoes wash them for cloth shoes wash them for cloth shoes use orange cleaner when in doubt use lysol.
