Total scam.
I could just as easily post pictures of cars, etc. on e-bay. Think about how much it would cost to have a car shipped to your location, even if you and the seller are supposedly in the USA. Exorbitant amount!
Total scam. The picture of the car may look nice, but how in the heck can you determine the mechanical qualities of the car from a picture??
What’s the point in buying a ‘car’ that doesn’t run? Well, you would never see it anyways - as the old Beatle’s song lyric goes: “All I have is a photograph ”
Don’t even proceed with this transaction, in my opinion.
